STITCHES OF HOPE

We've been receiving some incredibly beautiful pieces and are very lucky that Norma B. from California, the originator of this wonderful concept, has stitched a piece for our tree (which was beautifully finished by Valorie Rice). She introduced the first Needlework Charity Christmas Tree for Kelsey's Needle Krafts in Placerville, California.

We've also been fortunate enough to receive ornaments from several talented designers PLEASE CLICK ON THE IMAGES FOR MORE INFORMATION

A labour of love from Brenda Franklin of Brenda Franklin Designs

Kindly donated by Elizabeth Foster of Elizabeth's Designs

A beautiful donation from Linda Hinckley of Lavender Wings

A generous gift from a new designer, Monique Keylon of My Mark Designs

My own contribution to the charity trees

Unfortunately, we have some sad news to report. Thea Dueck, of The Victoria Sampler, very kindly mailed a Christmas ornament for our tree in April. I'm sorry to say that this piece has become lost in the mail system.

On behalf of Kathy, Neale, the London Abused Women's Centre and myself, I'd like to thank everyone who has donated their valuable time to this very worthy event.
