DESIGN DETAILS: This little Teddy is designed in a 'negative space' manner which makes him very quick to stitch (the 'white spaces' in this type of design are just as important as the parts which are filled in). He's sewn in gentle, muted tones using a variety of threads which effectively demonstrate the cuddly softness of stuffed toys (Rainbow Gallery's white Wisper, glossy Rayon and regular DMC floss). He makes a lovely pillow but will be just as happy in a frame.

AREAS OF EMBELLISHMENT: TEDDY'S LEFT SIDE CATCHES THE LIGHT and is sewn in 1/2 x-stitches with White DMC Rayon and White WISPER thread. Attention is drawn to his LEFT EYE with a tiny black button (included in the chart-pack).

FABRIC FOR MODEL: 32-count Ivory Jobelan by Permin (#862-44)... stitched over 2 threads.

STITCH COUNT: 111 wide x 111 high

DESIGN AREA: Approx. 7" x 7" (stitched over 2 on 32-count fabric OR over 1 on 16-count fabric)
